Pastor Stephen Chandler

Stephen Chandler -- author, businessman, and senior pastor of Union Church www.theunionchurch.com  founded The Builders Network in 2021 with a God-inspired vision; to create a supportive community for purpose-driven ministry leaders who want to maximize all that God has for them through the growth of their churches and ministries.

With over 20 years of ministry experience, Stephen has a heart for pastors who want to grow, but just don't know where to start. Through BLDRS he is empowering pastors and church leaders who are united by a shared calling to bring others to Christ through practical strategies and a supportive growth-oriented community needed to increase Kingdom impact.

Having started from humble beginnings with just 50 members, he knows firsthand how to overcome growth barriers and wants to share those hard-won lessons so others can avoid pitfalls and thrive.

With care and authenticity at its foundation, The Builders Network envisions a world where willing hearts are empowered to share the transformative love of Jesus on an even greater scale.
