Stephen Chandler—author, businessman, and Senior Pastor of Union Church—founded The Builders Network in 2021 with a God-given vision: to create a community where purpose-driven pastors and ministry leaders are equipped to grow healthy, thriving churches and maximize their Kingdom impact.

With over 20 years of ministry experience, Stephen has a deep passion for leaders who know they’re called to more but need practical guidance to get there. Through The Builders Network, he provides the strategies, support, and relationships leaders need to overcome growth barriers and move forward with confidence.

Having grown Union Church from just 50 people into a thriving, multi-state and campus community, Stephen brings real-world insight to the challenges pastors face. His heart is to help leaders avoid common pitfalls and build ministries that last.
